Last year I delivered one of our wardrobes in Exning. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t “bend” it up the stairs. I had to take it back to the workshop, chop it in half, and baton back together. On the second round we succeeded and eased it up the stairs.
It turns out the customers first bought from us on our Market Stall 17 odd years ago: two rusty fish, one of which sat on their wall. I innocently lusted after it ( long since having sold out of them) and was delighted to be presented one in return for my extra trouble.
Today we delivered a lovely larder for their new home: adjustable shelves for everything from lovely vases to baked bean cans. I think it looks dandy: finshed in simple F&B Pointing. And the fish is now proudly displayed on my wall too.
A rusty fish on one wall and a lovely larder on another.

Hi, visited your shop at the weekend and loved the shaker cupboard in the window. But have since seen the providence larder on the website but cannot find any measurements or price list for this piece. Would be great full for both so I can see which would be best. Thanks
Dear Jo, We have posted more details of a lardeer cupboard. You can have a look here http://providencenews.wordpress.com/2012/11/01/a-larder-cupboard/ many thanks Kathy
